Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping & delivery

• Free delivery is currently offered as an introductory promotion on all orders.
• Metro Manila: same-day delivery via Lalamove for orders that are confirmed and paid before 6:00 PM. Orders confirmed after the cut-off are sent the next day.
• Other locations: delivery via J&T Express, typically 1–3 days depending on your area.
• All peptides are kept refrigerated and protected from light in line with storage guidance.
• A tracking number is shared once your order is dispatched (where available).

Payment

Orders are prepaid. We accept GCash, Maya, Maribank, and bank transfer. We do not offer cash on delivery. Delivery is arranged once payment is confirmed with our team.

Returns & replacements

Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we stand behind what we ship:

• If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us with photo/video proof within 24–48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
• Please inspect your order on arrival and keep the packaging until you have confirmed everything is correct.

Refunds

Where a replacement is not possible for a valid claim (damaged, incorrect, or undelivered order), we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed after the claim is verified.
