These Terms govern your use of the NexLabs / WellnessBuddy website and any order you place through our chat or messaging channels. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Research-use only

All peptide products offered are supplied strictly for research and laboratory use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, are not drugs, food, cosmetics, or medical devices, and have not been evaluated or approved by the Philippine FDA for any therapeutic use. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Always consult a licensed physician before making health decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to purchase. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you are acquiring products for lawful research purposes only.

3. Orders & pricing

• Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (₱) and may change without notice.
• An order is only confirmed once our team acknowledges it and payment is received.
• We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected misuse.
• Promotional codes (e.g. introductory discounts) are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Payment

We accept GCash, Maya, Maribank, and bank transfer. Orders are prepaid; we do not offer cash on delivery. Delivery is arranged after payment is confirmed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit false order information, or use our products in any way that is unlawful or endangers health. You are solely responsible for the safe and lawful handling of any product you receive.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexLabs is not liable for any harm, loss, or damages arising from misuse of products, use contrary to their research-only purpose, or reliance on any information on this site. Products are provided “as is” without warranties of fitness for any particular purpose.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
