Reconstitution guide

Reconstitute the 10mg vial with 1mL bacteriostatic water (10mg/mL).

Supplies you'll need

  • Retatrutide 10mg vial
  • Bacteriostatic water, 1mL
  • 5mL/cc syringe
  • Sharps container (optional)
  1. 1Wash hands and clean the vial top with an alcohol swab.
  2. 2Using a sterile syringe, draw 1mL of bacteriostatic water.
  3. 3Slowly inject the bacteriostatic water into the vial along the side of the glass.
  4. 4Do NOT shake. Gently swirl the vial until the peptide is fully dissolved.
  5. 5Label the vial with the date of reconstitution.

Weekly titration schedule

WeeksDose (mg/week)Units (U-100 syringe)
1 – 41mg10 units
5 – 82mg20 units
9 – 124mg40 units
13 – 166mg60 units

Titrate slowly for best results and tolerability.

Guidelines

  • Increase dose only if the current dose is well tolerated.
  • Stay on the lowest effective dose.
  • If you experience side effects, consider staying at the current dose longer before increasing.

Missed dose

  • Take it as soon as possible within 4 days.
  • If more than 4 days have passed, skip it and take your next dose on your regular scheduled day.
  • Do not double up.

Weight progress tracker

  • Log the date, dose, and weight every week.
  • Record weight lost this week and your running total.
  • Run the log from your start weight through week 16.

Injection sites

  • AbdomenAvoid 2 inches around the belly button.
  • ThighsInject on the front or outer thigh.
  • Upper armsInject on the back of the upper arm.
  • Lower back / flanksInject on the love handles (back/side area).

Rotate injection sites each time to reduce the risk of irritation and lumps. Do not inject in the same spot consecutively.

Tips for success

Hydration

Aim for 2–3L of water daily.

Build muscle to boost metabolism and preserve lean mass.

Electrolytes

Help with energy, hydration, and recovery.

You vs. you

Don't compare your progress to others. Everyone's journey is unique.

Beyond the scale

Don't focus only on the scale. Measure your body and celebrate visible improvements.

Consistency is key

Small steps lead to big, lasting results.

Be patient. Be consistent. Trust the process. You've got this!

Always work with a licensed physician who can guide your program.
