Dual-pathway metabolic support
Tirzepatide30mg
Tirzepatide is a dual GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist — a single molecule engineered to engage two incretin pathways involved in appetite regulation and metabolic balance. It is one of the most extensively studied compounds in modern metabolic science.

Highlights
Why it earns its place.
Dual-receptor design
Engineered to act on both GIP and GLP-1 receptors, two complementary pathways in appetite and glucose regulation.
Weekly protocol
A once-weekly subcutaneous schedule designed to fit consistently into a structured wellness program.
Extensively studied
Backed by large-scale, peer-reviewed clinical research programs published in leading medical journals.
Titration-friendly
The 30mg multi-use format supports gradual, physician-guided dose titration from week one onward.

Reconstitution guide
Reconstitute the 30mg vial with 3mL bacteriostatic water (10mg/mL).
Supplies you'll need
- Tirzepatide 30mg vial
- Bacteriostatic water, 3mL
- 5mL/cc syringe
- Sharps container (optional)
- 1Wash hands and clean the vial top with an alcohol swab.
- 2Using a sterile syringe, draw 3mL of bacteriostatic water.
- 3Slowly inject the bacteriostatic water into the vial along the side of the glass.
- 4Do NOT shake. Gently swirl the vial until the peptide is fully dissolved.
- 5Label the vial with the date of reconstitution.
Weekly titration schedule
| Weeks | Dose (once weekly) | Equivalent dose (100-unit syringe) |
|---|---|---|
| 1 – 4 | 2.5mg | 25 units |
| 5 – 8 | 5mg | 50 units |
| 9 – 12 | 7.5mg | 75 units |
| 13 – 16 | 10mg | 100 units |
Titrate slowly for best results and tolerability.
Guidelines
- Increase dose only if the current dose is well tolerated.
- Stay on the lowest effective dose.
- If you experience side effects, consider staying at the current dose longer before increasing.
Missed dose
- Take it as soon as possible within 4 days.
- If more than 4 days have passed, skip it and take your next dose on your regular scheduled day.
- Do not double up.
Weight progress tracker
- Log the date, dose, and weight every week.
- Record weight lost this week and your running total.
- Run the log from your start weight through week 16.
Injection sites
- Abdomen — Avoid 2 inches around the belly button.
- Thighs — Inject on the front or outer thigh.
- Upper arms — Inject on the back of the upper arm.
- Lower back / flanks — Inject on the love handles (back/side area).
Rotate injection sites each time to reduce the risk of irritation and lumps. Do not inject in the same spot consecutively.
